- Patisserie qualifications, Cert IV is highly regarded
- Prior experience from busy restaurant (fine dining) and/or 5-star hotels
- Minimum 2 years trade experience
- Hold valid working rights in Australia with the ability to work full time hours
- Ability to work on other sections when needed
