Golf & Marketing Coordinator (Full Time)
Reports to: General Manager
We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Golf & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary role that sits at the heart of the Club and supports Golf Operations, Marketing, Events and Administration.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll act as a central support resource across the Club. You’ll help keep golf operations running smoothly, support marketing and communications, assist with events and provide administrative support where needed.
This role plays an important part in ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests while maintaining efficient and well-coordinated operations.

This role plays an important part in ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests while maintaining efficient and well-coordinated operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work across four key areas:
Golf Operations
Coordinate corporate golf, social group bookings, reciprocal bookings, pennants and gold letter events
Support the day-to-day running of golf competitions and events – ensuring templates are aligned with the club’s fixtures
Monitor pace of play and assist with reporting and improvements
Respond to member golf enquiries and maintain golf systems and documentation
Attend the Match Committee meetings and taking minutes
Assist with marketing campaigns and the Club’s marketing calendar
Manage website and social media updates
Create newsletters, member communications and promotional content
Support sponsorship activation and content creation
Track campaign performance and maintain brand consistency
Assist in planning and delivering of Club events and corporate golf days
Create and coordinate event orders
Support event promotion and on-the-day delivery
Creating posters and materials for our events. Video editing capability is a bonus!
Contribute to post-event reporting and continuous improvement
Provide administrative support to the General Manager
Maintain systems, procedures and documentation in particular to clubhouse maintenance
Provide cross-department support during peak periods and staff leave
We’re looking for a capable all-rounder who brings energy, organisation and a positive attitude.
You will ideally have:
Experience in golf operations, administration, marketing, events or hospitality
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MiClub, MiMembership, Canva and other video/photo editing softwares
