We are searching for enthusiastic and adaptable sports coaches who possess a genuine passion for working with young children and leading them in a wide range of sports activities. As a sports coach, you will be responsible for instructing and organizing sports classes and camps for children in Golf and Track
1. Lead and guide groups of young children in sports activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
2. Introduce innovative techniques and drills during practice sessions to enhance players' skills.
3. Coach players on the fundamentals of the sport, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
4. Serve as a mentor and positive role model for young athletes, promoting character development and sportsmanship.
5. Ensure punctuality and efficient check-in of students for classes and camps.
6. Manage classroom settings effectively, demonstrating excellent time and behavior management skills.
Ideal Coach Qualities:
1. High energy level and a positive attitude towards coaching and working with children.
2. Genuine passion for making a positive impact on young children's lives through sports.
3. Ability to engage with children, build rapport, and create a supportive atmosphere.
4. Willingness to follow instructions and collaborate with the coaching team.

- Kids ages are 3-14 in non-competitive enrichment based programs
- Schedule: Monday to Friday most times from 1-5pm and Saturday availability
- Locations: Northern Cal San Fran South Bay areas of San Jose, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Los Altos,
- Sports: Golf and Track
