Pay: $20–$85/hour, based on experience TGA of Southern Westchester is looking for Youth Sports Coaches to lead fun, engaging, and safe after-school, clinic and camp programs for kids ages 5–15. As a coach, you’ll teach foundational skills in golf, tennis, and pickleball, while helping kids grow confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. No traditional coaching background? No problem! The best coaches are those who connect with kids, keep them engaged, and ensure their safety. We provide full training and ongoing support, so you can succeed while making a meaningful impact. What You’ll Do Lead after-school programs, clinics and camps at schools, local courses, parks, and tennis courts Deliver fun, skill-building drills and games for children of all experience levels Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants Requirements At least 16 years old Pass a clean background check Availability during after-school hours (2:30 PM and later) Reliable transportation to program locations Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to engage children Excited to share golf, tennis, and/or pickleball with kids Comfortable communicating with children and parents Bonus Qualifications: Previous experience coaching, teaching, or mentoring kids Strong skills in golf, tennis, or pickleball Willingness to commit to at least one full season Ability to work some weekends Benefits What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($20–$85/hour, based on experience) Comprehensive training and development Growth opportunities for long-term coaching roles Flexible schedule to fit your life The chance to positively impact the next generation of athletes
