Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour

Duties
- Lead and instruct youth participants in golf, tennis, or pickleball with enthusiasm and professionalism for afterschool programs
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and safety
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and positive behavior management
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their abilities
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe playing environment
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding participant progress and program updates
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education to children or youth recommended
- Knowledge of golf, tennis, pickleball or related sports; certifications are a plus
- Background in childcare or working with students in educational or recreational settings
- Skills in behavior management to motivate and guide young participants positively
- Experience with golf, tennis or pickleball
- Ability to communicate clearly with children of various ages and their families
