About the role
X-Golf Preston is looking for a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Supervisor to join the team in a casual capacity. Working 15-25 hours across the working week, you will play an important role in ensuring the venue is operating efficiently, maintaining high standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with and report directly to the Venue Manager while assisting senior management with the overall operation of the business.

Key responsibilities
Opening and closing the venue (Weekday and Weekend)
Ensuring the venue is clean, organised and presented to a high standard
Ensuring daily operational procedures are followed
Assisting with the smooth running of competitions, events, functions and corporate days
Supporting the Venue Manager and senior management with day to day operations
Identifying operational issues and assisting with solutions
Overseeing day to day food and beverage operations
Maintaining high standards of food, beverage and bar service
Assisting with bar management and maintaining appropriate stock levels
Ensuring RSA and responsible service procedures are followed
