- Deliver orders to specified outlets promptly.
- Verify the accuracy of picked orders in real time.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks or vans.
- Collaborate to maintain proper rotation of inventory.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service through professional communication with guests and co-workers now.
- Accurately process all necessary paperwork and logs.
- Utilize a computerized warehouse management system for efficient workflow in the present moment.
- Conduct pre and post-safety inspections of the delivery vehicle today.
- Record and report any defects or malfunctions with equipment now.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Operate hand trucks, fork lifts, pallet jacks, and lift gates proficiently.
- Previous experience in a hotel/resort setting is beneficial.
- Preferred experience in a warehouse environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be over 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for efficient record-keeping.
- The ability to analyze and solve problems under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
- You'll be handling a variety of equipment, including office machines (computers, tablets, printers, etc.) and tools such as ladders, pallet jacks, stackers, and hand carts.
- Your work hours may include days and evenings on weekdays and weekends. Be prepared for work both inside and outside, exposed to environmental conditions.
