Trull Brook Golf Course is hiring a Golf Simulator/Tennis desk employee to lead daily operations in our indoor golf facility. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, sports facilities, or entertainment venues.

Perfect for someone who:

• Knows and enjoys golf
• Has a friendly, outgoing personality
• Can confidently interact with customers
• Doesn’t mind helping wherever needed
• Is willing to help cover shifts when necessary
• Can pour/open beers and keep the vibe fun and welcoming
• Understands that traffic can vary day to day and maintains a positive attitude in both calm and fast paced shifts
• Comfortable staying productive during slower periods and jumping into busy moments when needed.
• Wants a flexible schedule without committing to full-time hours

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and checking in guests
• Helping customers with simulator bays
• Light serving/bar support
• Supervising the space and keeping things running smoothly
• Assisting with shift coverage and general team support
• Creating a fun, social atmosphere for guests

We keep a fun and welcoming atmosphere, but were looking for someone dependable who notices what needs to be done and can jump into busy rushed without needing to be micromanaged.
