Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for a VP of Sales to join our Dallas team.
Scope:
Lead sales team within region in a multi-site environment to maximize sales and enhance
retention through creation and implementation of scalable sales strategy to attain revenue
targets. Support SVP of Sales in development and execution of key sales initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Train, coach, and develop a high performing, knowledgeable and engaged sales team
that embodies the company culture while growing revenue.
Create and implement well-defined, efficient sales processes at every club within region.
Oversee one or more constellation teams to ensure execution of efficient sales process
between multiple clubs.
Partner with key stakeholders to outline, track and manage sales budget and forecast to
ensure accurate forecasting.
Support the creation and execution of variable compensation programs for sales team to
include accuracy, transparency, communication and timeliness.
Identify, execute and present annual and quarterly sales and pricing strategies based on
data trends, analytics and market analysis within region.
Track, review and communicate lead and lag metrics to drive sales initiatives.
Oversee Sales Specialist through effective collaboration with General Managers to
identify strategic assignments for clubs with a sales vacancy or new hire in the region.
Partner with Corporate Director of Membership to implement member engagement and
retention strategies to drive membership revenue within region.
Mentor Corporate Sales Leaders through effective development strategies and
succession planning to support continued growth.
Source, recruit and select sales talent for available and future roles.
Develop and implement sales onboarding programs to promote the successful
acclimation of new sales hires within the organization.
Retain top talent through employee engagement strategies, recognition programs and
team building events.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with operations and other key stakeholders to
ensure seamless execution of sales strategy and processes.
Qualifications:
Proven success as a Vice President of Sales or similar role
Previous experience in leading high performing sales teams
Five or more years of related multi-site sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills
Ability to illustrate a compelling point of view and move others to action
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
Texas based position; Dallas preferred
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
Salary range is $150k- $170k plus 25% bonus potential
