Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Operate and troubleshoot Top Tracer golf simulation technology to assist players in gameplay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf range area, including turf and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance on golf equipment, including cleaning clubs and ensuring proper functioning of launch monitors.
- Monitor safety protocols on the range, including proper use of land management tools and ensuring guests follow rules.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and operating equipment safely.
