Uchoose Golf is a leading Australian distributor of premium golf apparel brands. We partner with golf retailers, green grass facilities and professionals to deliver high-quality apparel collections that combine performance, comfort and modern style.
This role provides the opportunity to lead and grow a key sales territory while representing a portfolio of respected golf apparel brands across New South Wales and the ACT.
The Opportunity
As Territory Manager for NSW & ACT, you will take ownership of a defined region and be responsible for developing strategic retail partnerships, driving apparel sales growth and ensuring our brands are strongly represented in golf retail stores and pro shops.
You will work closely with golf retailers and clubs to present seasonal apparel collections, grow distribution and maximise sell-through in store.

The Opportunity
As Territory Manager for NSW & ACT, you will take ownership of a defined region and be responsible for developing strategic retail partnerships, driving apparel sales growth and ensuring our brands are strongly represented in golf retail stores and pro shops.
You will work closely with golf retailers and clubs to present seasonal apparel collections, grow distribution and maximise sell-through in store.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Territory Sales Growth
Deliver strong apparel sales growth across your NSW & ACT territory
Identify new retail opportunities and expand distribution with key golf retailers and green grass accounts
Develop and implement territory strategies to achieve sales targets and long-term growth
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase market share
Develop and maintain strong relationships with golf retailers, pro shops and club professionals
Manage key accounts across your territory and support long-term retail success
Maintain a structured and consistent call cycle across your territory
Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
Lead presentations of seasonal apparel collections and key product stories
Drive pre-season and in-season orders aligned with company sales objectives
Communicate fabric technologies, fit, performance features and brand positioning effectively
Partner with retailers to ensure apparel collections are presented effectively in store
Assist with merchandising, product placement and seasonal floor setups
Support retailers in maximising sell-through through strong visual presentation
Provide apparel product training to retail staff and golf professionals
Represent Uchoose Golf brands professionally across the market
Support product launches, promotions and customer events when required
Success in this role will be reflected through strong territory sales growth, strategic retail partnerships and high-quality brand representation across NSW and the ACT.
Consistent achievement of territory sales targets
Growth of key retail and green grass accounts
Successful seasonal apparel presentations and order growth
Strong in-store presentation and merchandising standards
You will bring strong sales capability, a passion for golf apparel and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in a field-based role.
Experience & Background
3+ years of sales experience, ideally within apparel, golf, sporting goods or fashion
Experience managing a sales territory and retail relationships
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Understanding of the golf retail and green grass market
Experience in apparel sales, merchandising or fashion retail is highly desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident presenting apparel collections and product features
Highly organised with strong time management
Ability to work independently and manage travel across a territory
Competency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Self-motivated and proactive
Professional and reliable
Strong attention to detail, particularly in apparel presentation and merchandising
Passion for golf, sport and performance apparel
Willingness to travel regularly throughout NSW and the ACT
