Starting pay is $15/hour
Team Lead Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with energy and genuine interest in what they need
- Get to know our products inside and out, including brands, features, and varieties, and make smart, honest recommendations
- Evaluate and buy used sporting goods from customers using our buying guidelines and software tools
- Price and ticket incoming inventory for the sales floor
- Restock and maintain displays and housekeeping standards
- Learn and use our Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently
- Help build and maintain our e-commerce business and online presence via social media
- Positive energy
- A real team player with the ability to take direction well, communicate with customers and teammates, and bring out the best in others
- Available Wednesdays and Sundays
- Knowledge in golf equipment
- Available for five 5-hour shifts per week either opening or closing. Additional hours possible.
- Hours are 10-8pm M-F, 10-6pm Sat, 11-5pm Sun
- Solid knowledge of at least one sport, especially golf or baseball, is a major plus
- Stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Bend, stoop, and reach to stock shelves and help with inventory
- Lift and carry merchandise, boxes, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Assist customers in loading purchases into vehicles when needed
