Customer service experience – Highly valued
Event and function support – Desirable
Food & Beverage experience – Desirable but not essential
Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic – Our top priority!
Team player who thrives in a group environment
Ability to follow business policies and procedures
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
RSA Certificate (required for working in our venues)
Customer-focused with a friendly, outgoing personality
Quick learner who can adapt to any situation
Attention to detail with a willingness to learn and grow
