Creekside Mini Golf, a cherished family destination in Foley, Alabama, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team. With two 18-hole courses, mining sluices, and a vibrant arcade, we offer a unique entertainment experience for guests of all ages. We're currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Provide information about our facilities, including mini-golf courses, arcade, and additional amenities.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
