We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will lead, direct, and manage a small crew of employees while following the direction of our supervisor. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a team and to grow within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on guidance and instruction to team members, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Monitor work progress and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet project deadlines and expectations.
- Collaborate with the supervisor and management to address any concerns or changes during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular safety spot checks and ensure/enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and company procedures.
- Assist with the planning and execution of landscaping projects by providing valuable input.
- Organize and execute all projects with the team.
- Be prepared to undertake various tasks and projects on short notice, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and materials. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Previous experience in landscaping and golf course maintenance or related field is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Advanced knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks/skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
