*JOB SCOPE:* * Deliver excellent Customer Service in all F&B Outlets. * Ensure all areas of the kitchen, kitchen stores, and back of house areas are kept clean and tidy. * Ensure there are sufficient Stewarding Personnel on duty to keep all areas are clean and tidy throughout the day. * Develop effective training strategies and session plans to ensure all Stewarding Personnel are capable of performing their duties to the standard expected. *JOB REQUIREMENTS:* * Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field is preferred. * Minimum of Three (3) stewarding experience.
