We are currently seeking a leader for our Indianapolis Indiana store.
As store manager, you are responsible for all operations of the store. This includes parts, service, and rental.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership and management for your team.
- Maintain and improve the culture of our team environment.
- Conduct weekly team meetings.
- Achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Report on, and be accountable for, store metrics.
- Oversee deliveries/logistics for your store.
- Accountable for warranty reconciliation.
- Actively participate in routine meetings with management.
- Provide consistent feedback on performance of direct reports.
- Along with management, develop a growth/improvement plan for each team member.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vendor programs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Collaborate with other store managers to ensure consistent processes are implemented across all locations.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field (Business Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
- 5 years or more of experience in sales and/or customer service, selling parts and service.
- 3 years or more of leadership experience.
- 5 years or more of management experience
- Previous experience in a equipment dealership setting. (Such as Toro, Jacobsen, John Deere, etc.)
- Past experience in a parts/service/rental environment.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Shift:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Management: 5 years (Required)
- Industry Related: 2 years (Required)
