The Seagate Beach Club is currently looking to hire a Steward/Dishwasher to work in the kitchen area. The Steward/Dishwasher will be responsible for washing and properly storing all cooking utensils, pots, china equipment, flatware, and glassware.

Position Summary
Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, pots, china equipment, flatware, and glassware.
Responsibilities
- Wash all wares in a dishwashing machine or by hand.
- Polish all silverware and platters.
- Collect trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage barrels, wash and reline with new bags.
- Examine garbage for silverware, dishes, and glassware.
- Wash and polish all stainless steel in the kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.
- Wash or clean receiving area and trash areas.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
- Store all dishes and other wares in good areas.
- Clean the dish machine after each meal period.
- Perform other tasks such as assisting in food preparation, putting away deliveries, cleaning coolers, freezes, and storerooms.
- Assists with other duties as instructed by Sous Chef.

- Be able to lift 30 lbs. comfortably.
