*Established Golf Media Channel and Podcast* Part-Time · Remote (US or Canada) We make content for golf familes. We're looking for someone who can take a 60-minute podcast episode and cut it into something that stops a thumb. *Read this part before you apply.* This is not a fetch-coffee internship, and it's not 40 hours of busywork. You'll work directly with the founder. Your edits go out to a real audience in your first week. *Who this is for.* You are a student or recent grad and every one of these is true: * *You know golf - really know it.* Not "I watched the Masters once." You know what the AJGA is. You know what a Junior Am is. You've either played junior golf, caddied, worked a bag room, or watched a sibling grind through it. You have opinions. * *CapCut is muscle memory.* Premiere or DaVinci is fine too. You can find a hook, cut on the beat, burn in captions that don't look like defaults, and finish a vertical edit in under an hour. * *You watch other people's content and notice the cut was two beats late.* That instinct is the whole job. * *You're the one your friends send their videos to* before they post. * *You don't need to be micromanaged.* You work independently and efficiently Nine posts scheduled means nine posts go out. What you'll actually do * Create content from podcast episodes, course footage, and interviews. This is the bulk of the job. * Schedule and publish across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Write the captions. * Work the comments and DMs in the first hour after each post, in our voice. This is where the audience is actually built. * A daily 30-minute call with the host, plus bring three format or trend ideas you think we should steal. Do this well for three months and it grows to full time - more hours, more money, and a hand in guest booking and the podcast itself. What you do NOT need * A marketing degree * Hootsuite, Buffer, Illustrator, or any SEO experience * Agency experience * A "personal brand" or a follower count of your own We are hiring skill and reliability. Everything else is teachable. What you get * *$500-$1,000/month*, paid monthly * A portfolio with real numbers behind it, not a class project * Direct access to the founder and to the guests who come through the podcast - coaches, tour players, junior golf people worth knowing * A reference from someone who has run a marketing agency for two decades * Total remote flexibility. We care when the posts go out, not when you're online. How to apply Read carefully - this is the first test. *Start your message with the word BIRDIE.* If it's not there, we don't read it. Then send us three things: * *One link to a video you edited.* Any platform. It does not need to be about golf, and it does not need to be for a client - a video you made for your friends counts. No link, no consideration. * *Two sentences:* which golf account is making the best short-form content right now, and what specifically are they doing that everyone else isn't? * *One line:* your favourite course you've actually played. We will not ask for a cover letter. We will not ask about your five-year plan. *Next step:* shortlisted applicants will be contact directly from the founder. _The Golf Parent is a brand of Blitz Marketing Inc. This is a paid part-time contract role open to applicants in the United States and Canada._ Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
