Ravenscroft School is an all gender independent day school in Raleigh, NC, with approximately 1,205 students enrolled in grades preschool through 12th grade.
We are looking to welcome a Small Engine and Golf Cart Mechanicinto our community that actively strive to be diverse, equitable and inclusive. QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS: Good Communications skills. Ability to interact with faculty, staff, and students in a positive manner. Knowledge of golf carts and small engine repairs. Work experience in tractor and small engine repair.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to work in outside conditions as well as in a shop environment. Must be physically able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Perform repairs on golf carts.
- Perform repairs on mowers, chainsaws, weed trimmers and edgers, etc.
- May be required to help out with traffic control from time to time.
- May need to fill in for driving a bus. .
- Perform maintenance work on equipment.such as: sharpen blades, change spark plugs, change oil, change tires and grease equipment .
- Assist Facilities personnel in various job duties.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions, extreme heat, extreme cold.
