We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects across South East Queensland.

About the Role
As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will work closely with our project managers, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate works, maintain compliance, to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and co-ordinate site crews and subcontractors to deliver all aspects of golf course construction works.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental controls, and company policies.
Implement and monitor quality assurance, environmental and safety procedures.
Manage scheduling, logistics, and reporting requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
To be successful, you will have:
5+ years’ experience in site supervision (civil, landscaping, or golf course construction).
Strong knowledge of quality management, environmental management, and workplace safety.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Current driver’s licence and construction industry White Card.
