Job Summary
Join our team as an On-Site Golf Pro & Golf Simulator Lead, at our Trackman golf simulation facilities. As part of your role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow our programming, including golf leagues, tournaments, fund raising and other promotional events, from idea to execution.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage golf-related events such as tournaments, clinics, and competition nights to boost guest engagement.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by greeting visitors, answering questions, and creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Handle transactions accurately for bookings and merchandise sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- For certified Golf Pro's only :Your personal preferance on time/schedule of Private Lessons & Club Fittings-Multi-Unit opportunity down the road, as discussed in vision
- Proven experience in golf instruction or as a golf professional; certification from recognized golf associations is preferred.
- Background in planning and executing tournaments or group activities.
- Excellent communication skills with public speaking experience to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Experience with golf simulators required.
- Experience with Trackman a plus but not required.
- Experience with Golf Genius a plus but not required
- Experience with Club Fitters a plus but not required
