We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Short Order/Café Cook/chef to join our Bingara Gorge team to prepare and serve short order café style food within a food truck to the patrons at Bingara Gorge Golf Course and residents within the estate and surrounds.
ADDED BONUS – NO LATE NIGHTS – Trailer closes from 7:30pm in daylight savings.
The Role
This is a permanent part-time possibly full-time position (Thursday – Sunday with no late-night work). You will be based and working out of a purpose-build food truck permanently based on site at Bingara Golf Course in Wilton.

- Stock management and control
- Stock ordering
- Workplace health and safety
About you
You will have:
- Minimum 1 year in a café/takeaway experience
- Food safety supervisor certificate advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Energetic and vibrant approach
- Ideally living within 30-40min max drive
- Own transport as no public transport available
- Current or able to complete National Police check
