We are currently hiring a golf cart builder/prepper. This is an entry level position that does not require experience working on golf carts, but some basic familiarity with automotive service or equipment assembly/maintenance is preferred. This role can eventually lead to opportunities for advancement into more senior technician roles, by learning required diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on the job.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow written and verbal instructions for assembly and repair
- Read schematics and identify parts
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Complete installations and repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately track time spent on each repair and written records of work performed
- Manage your time effectively and meet productivity quotas (billable hours per day)
- Complete all other duties as assigned by Management
- Familiarity with common shop tools and safety
- Ability to read and understand service manuals and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and great people skills for working with a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- You must own your own basic hand tools and be able to lift 60 lbs
- You must be able to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines assigned without sacrificing quality and accuracy
- Physical capability to perform the job duties, including the ability to lift up to 60 lbs

- High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate
- 1+ year of experience in automotive service, equipment assembly/maintenance, or similar industry
- Small Gas Engine Experience Preferred
- Full-time position, 40+ hours per week
