The Golf Bar is San Diego's premier indoor golf facility with state of the art golf simulators that let you play, practice, and party at our SECOND LOCATION in Rancho Bernardo!
With table seating for those playing, waiting, or at the bar, we need energetic hustlers looking to create a wonderful experience for each of our guests. Here's what we're looking for:
Here are the requirements:
- As a server/roaming golf host, you are the front line of the company. You handle the guest's experience from cleaning clubs, setting up the simulator, serving the food and drinks, and ultimately cleaning their space when we transition to our next guests.
- Have your food handler's card, complete Responsible Beverage Service Training, and be ready to embrace the energy that we strive for
Experience?... Comes in all shapes and sizes. Life, restaurant, golf, sports, school, please have some and be ready to share why it will help you help us to keep building our reputation as the place to be. The right person is down to work, lift stuff, make people smile, change kegs, help make a pizza, greet everyone that walks in...all things we think you want to do if you've made it this far.

- A. If you love golf, you are a step ahead. We strive to enhance the guest's experience through facilitating their gameplay on the simulators.
- B. Restaurant experience is needed and the more the better! Hospitality is the name of the game; being able to provide it is great, but genuinely enjoying yourself while doing so is what we need
- C. Team Player! You appreciate that a WIN only happens as a group, not alone.
