Job responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive the expansion of our golf business across Southeast Asia.
This role will be part of the Thailand-based golf sales team, while taking responsibility for managing and developing distributor businesses in key Southeast Asian markets (e.g., Indonesia, Philippines). The function is expected to be transitioned from Singapore to Thailand, and the successful candidate will play a key role in this regional transition and business growth.

Salary: Up to 46K / Month + Commission
(salary depends on working experience & skill)

Regional Distributor Management (Southeast Asia)
Manage and develop relationships with distributors across Southeast Asia (e.g., Indonesia, Philippines)
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets in assigned markets
Conduct regular business reviews, monitor KPIs, and propose action plans for improvement
Travel frequently across the region to strengthen partnerships and support business expansion
Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business plans
Identify market opportunities and expand distribution channels
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support decision-making
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns
Support distributors in executing in-store activities and building strong brand presence
Contribute to enhancing customer experience and brand engagement in each market
Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to ensure optimal stock allocation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth operations across markets
Must-have
Experience in sales of golf products or sports-related products and Passion for sports
Experience in managing distributors or clients in Southeast Asia
Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia
Business-level English communication skills (for regional coordination)
Bachelor’s degree in any field
GOOD TO HAVE
having strong business connections in Southeast Asia
handling EC accounts have an advantage
