About the Role
This is not your average events role.
One day you'll be coordinating a corporate golf day for 140 guests, the next you'll be planning a wedding, community event, live music activation, golf tournament, Christmas party or a unique hospitality experience at our award-winning course.

What You'll Be Doing

- Corporate golf days
- Weddings and private functions
- Community events
- Hospitality activations
- Golf tournaments
- Conferences and business events
- Food and beverage experiences
You'll also:
- Identify and grow venue hire opportunities
- Build strong community and stakeholder relationships
- Promote the Kalgoorlie Golf Course as a premier destination for events
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience coordinating events, functions, or hospitality operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Builds strong, positive client relationships
- Is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Holds a current RSA (or is willing to obtain one)
