Senior Greenkeeper
As a Senior Greenkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the pristine condition of our golf courses and resort grounds. This hands-on position focuses on turf management, landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and equipment operation to ensure the highest standards of course presentation and playability. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain golf course turf and surrounding grounds through mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a clean, professional appearance
- Plant, prune, and care for grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs to promote healthy growth and enhance landscape aesthetics
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides in accordance with safety standards and best practices for turf health
- Assist with irrigation system setup, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of greens, fairways, and landscaped areas
- Maintain cleanliness of resort grounds, including removing debris, raking leaves, and keeping outdoor spaces guest-ready
- Safely operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and blowers
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs to grounds features such as fences, gates, walkways, and course structures
- Support daily course preparation and assist with maintaining the high standards expected of a Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail property
