The Ridge Golf Course and Driving Range, one of Sydney's premier public golf facilities is located in Barden Ridge, approximately 7 mins from Sutherland. The facility consists of an 18 hole championship course, 52 bay double storey driving range, licensed bar, retail outlet and golf academy.
We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Senior Golf Pro Shop Assistant to join our team who is available to work weekdays, weekends and evenings – shifts fall within the hours of 6am – 9pm.
Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation. Salary range is based on full time – 38 hours per week in Pro Shop. Salary to be negotiated based on experience.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to multitask effectively, maintain a positive and professional attitude and demonstrate reliability and enthusiasm in all aspects of the role. This role is available as a full-time position in the pro-shop.

Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist with a range of pro shop operation tasks
- Assist with tee time management
- Support pace of play management
- Ensure the Pro Shop is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, tidiness and presentation
- Supervise junior staff
