The City is seeking a creative, passionate, qualified and highly skilled Chef to lead our small but busy team.
The Senior Cook will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food quality and cost control, kitchen operations following all health and safety regulations and guidelines, and the management of all kitchen staff.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills essential and must hold SITSS00069 Food Safety Supervision Skill Set Certificate.
Penalty rates apply.
Salary and Benefits
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This position ranges between $85,432 - $92,556
