We are currently hiring Unarmed Security Guards for a seasonal golf event taking place from Monday, June 15 through Sunday, June 21, 2026. This is a customer service-focused security position requiring professionalism, strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced public-facing environment.
Guards may work up to a maximum of three days during the event week, and scheduled days do not need to be consecutive.
The event will take place in Southampton; however, all officers must report to Suffolk Community College – East Campus in Riverhead, where charter bus transportation to and from the event site will be provided.

Available Shift:
- 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM (12-hour tour including transportation time, scheduled break, and approximately 8–9 hours on post)
- Charter bus transportation to and from the event site
- Paid lunch provided by the client at no cost
- Greeting and assisting guests in a professional manner
- Maintaining a visible security presence
- Monitoring assigned areas and reporting incidents as needed
- Assisting with access control and crowd management
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining site safety and security standards
- Following all post procedures and instructions from supervisors
- Valid NYS Security Guard License
- Minimum 1 year of security experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and remain attentive for extended periods
- Punctuality and dependability are extremely important
- Must be able to report to Riverhead for transportation to and from the event location
- Must be able to work a 12-hour tour, including transportation time and extended standing periods
