Ximu LLC is looking to hire 1–2 part-time instructors for an upcoming 8-week youth golf enrichment program beginning in September 2026.
This position is specifically for a school-based golf program serving elementary-aged students. Instructors will help teach golf fundamentals through structured drills, games, movement activities and age-appropriate instruction.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM–4:15 PM
Program Length: 8 consecutive weeks
Start: September 2026
Pay: $35–$50 per hour based on experience
Applicants should be able to consistently commit to the full Monday-through-Friday schedule for all 8 weeks.
About the Position
This is not a traditional golf course coaching position.
Our programs take place on school campuses and are designed to introduce children to golf in a safe, structured and engaging environment.

Because the program operates through a school partnership, consistent attendance and reliability are extremely important.
Strong instructors may also have opportunities to continue working with Ximu through additional school golf programs, clinics, camps, weekend programming and future enrichment sessions.
Compensation
$35–$50 per hour based on experience

Extensive professional golf experience is not required. We are willing to train candidates who understand basic golf fundamentals and are strong working with children.
Because this position involves working with children on a school campus, selected candidates must be willing to complete all required school-site clearance and onboarding requirements.

- Hand-eye coordination

What You'll Do
- Assist with youth golf enrichment classes
- Teach basic golf fundamentals to elementary-aged students
- Demonstrate drills and movements in an easy-to-understand way
- Follow Ximu's established golf curriculum and safety procedures
- Organize students into small instructional stations
- Keep children engaged throughout the program
- Adjust drills based on student age and ability
- Help set up and break down golf equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized instructional environment
- Communicate professionally with Ximu staff

- Ability to independently manage a group

- Available Monday through Friday from 2:15 PM–4:15 PM
- Able to commit to the full 8-week program
- Comfortable working with elementary-aged children
- Comfortable demonstrating basic golf movements
- Patient, energetic, and able to keep children engaged
- Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active
- Able to follow an established curriculum
- Able to manage small groups of students
- Able to reliably travel to the assigned school campus
- Comfortable setting up and transporting youth golf equipment
