We combine coworking, wellness, golf, and social connection under one roof so members can work sharper, train consistently, and stay connected without driving all over town.

Our members are founders, executives, and accomplished professionals who expect a premium experience that feels genuine, not corporate. We have one membership requirement: no a**holes. We opened our flagship in Carlsbad in 2024 and are expanding to Del Mar and Rancho Bernardo in summer 2026.

The Opportunity

We're not hiring a salesperson. We're hiring a founding Membership Advisor — the person who will help build the membership community at a brand-new club from the ground up.

The prospects you convert become founding members. The relationships you build become the social fabric of the club. The pipeline discipline you establish becomes the standard for everything that follows.

We have a proven sales process, clear systems, and a track record in Carlsbad. You'll execute what works — and contribute to making it better.

How Your Time Breaks Down
  • 70% Sales — tours, pipeline management, follow-up, outbound relationship building, CRM
  • 30% Club Operations — opening/closing, space readiness, hands-on support, member presence
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently run high-quality tours that make prospects feel welcomed, understood, and excited
  • Convert inbound interest into memberships through strong discovery and disciplined follow-up
  • Keep the CRM clean and current — pipeline visibility and next actions are never in question
  • Build referral relationships with current members and contribute to community growth
  • Represent Bermuda Club in the local market through partnerships, outreach, and on-brand presence
  • Create strong handoffs into onboarding so new members start with momentum
Core Responsibilities

Sales & Pipeline
  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally (phone, email, text, web)
  • Schedule, prepare for, and conduct personalized, polished in-person tours
  • Ask smart discovery questions and connect prospect needs to the right Bermuda Club value proposition
  • Own follow-up using our approved sales process and CRM: timely next steps, clean notes, disciplined pipeline management
  • Track conversion performance and work with the GM to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Build referral relationships with current members and local business partners
Community & Club Presence
  • Represent the club in the local market through outreach and on-brand relationship building
  • Support member onboarding, club events, and partner activations
  • Assist with day-to-day on-site needs: space resets, light cleanliness upkeep, keeping the club member-ready
  • Be a visible, trusted, welcoming presence to prospects, members, and teammates
What We're Looking For

Required:
  • 2+ years in membership sales, hospitality sales, boutique fitness, luxury real estate, premium B2C, or a similar trust-and-conversion environment
  • Demonstrated ability to convert warm or inbound interest into valued customers or members
  • Strong interpersonal presence with professionals, founders, and executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organized, responsive, disciplined in CRM, notes, and follow-up
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role where presentation and readiness matter every day
  • Schedule flexibility for tours, member traffic, and events
  • Coachable and curious to improve
Strong Advantage:
  • Experience selling before a location was fully built (pre-launch or pre-opening sales)
  • Background in private clubs, coworking, boutique wellness, or golf
  • Track record of building referral pipelines organically

  • A call-center or high-volume transactional sales job

  • A fit for someone who considers operational tasks beneath them
  • A fit for someone who needs external urgency to stay disciplined with follow-up
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $70,500
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually (tied to new memberships and pipeline quality)
  • Total Potential: Up to $80,500
  • Full Bermuda Club membership while employed (Gym, Golf SIMS, Sauna, Cold Plunges)
