Job Description: Descripción del empleo Challenge to be part of a new business line in a corportation.|Love Sports Person Innovating Golf Business line supported by a Multinational company. Achieving territory's goals and growing the business by increasing market share, sales channel mix, increasing average unit prices and stock levels with retailers, dealers, importers and sales volume with endcustomers Identify new sales outlets and opportunities for endcustomers & retailers and closing major projects Influencing people who make buying/selling decisions and having a positive influence on others behaviour Creating customer value and competitive advantages Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business Proactively sales presence on tournaments, exhibitions, local dealer events, etc. to increase customer base and to sell Support dealers and endcustomers in case of questions, requests, problems, issues, etc. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service for own markets Develop a strong base of potential customers (Endcustomers, retailer, importers,etc) in all sales territories, filling the sales funnel continuously Identify points of contact and purchase and channels to our endcustomers to proactively develop and increase business Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts Represent company at trade association, federations and endcustomer tournaments & meetings to promote our products Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase Have you ever wanted to create something with limitless potential, that excites you, and gives your job meaning?
