YOUR MISSION:
Book Membership Strategy Calls with CEOs, Founders, and Executives
Run targeted outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
Keep a meeting-on-the-hour rhythm — this isn’t dial-and-hope
Research industries and prospects so every message hits
Track and smash weekly/monthly KPIs
Be the first voice of Luxi — charm, clarity, and confidence required
Collaborate with the Partnerships Team to turn interest into closed memberships
YOU BRING:
A proven track record in outbound SDR/BDR or sales roles (SaaS, events, or memberships a bonus)
A love for golf — you get it, or at least want to
You’re obsessed with winning and overachieving targets
You’re polished, hungry, and coachable
You’re confident dealing with high-level execs and entrepreneurs
You’re proactive, structured, and outcome-driven
CRM & outreach tools? You’re familiar with them or a fast learner
