- Golf Experience – A strong understanding of the game, ideally with competitive experience.
- Student-Athlete Background – Preferably studied in the U.S. under a student-athlete scholarship.
- Communication Skills – Confident in engaging with potential students and families.
- European Passport or Valid Work Permit – Required to work in Spain.
- Fluent in English – Additional languages are a plus.
- Advise and guide prospective students and families about our golf programs.
- Work closely with our coaching and admissions teams to ensure seamless enrollment.
- Represent the academy at golf events and tournaments.
- Build strong relationships with young golfers aiming for college golf opportunities.
