Hello!
I am the owner of a super fun street-legal golf cart rental and shuttle company. We rent really nice carts to tourists. We also provide shuttles for weddings and events.
I am seeking a motivated individual to help me grow a street-legal golf cart rental/shuttle company, Rec Rentals. The company has been around for 10+ years and is ready to be taken to the next level. It is a small team of me and 2 others. I am seeking someone to aid in ALL aspects of the company, to be my teammate in growing this business. For the right person, you can become a partner in the company with equity down the road.
This is an incredible opportunity to essentially run your own company while I provide guidance. You will mainly be responsible for increasing sales and managing operations. This person should be able to think of creative ideas to boost revenue - I have many as well.
General Responsivities:
I can train almost everything needed. However, I need someone with inherent motivation and ability to work hard without much direction.

- Hours are flexible, but ideally able to answer phone calls anytime M-F (weekends, too would be great) and input customer reservations.
- Manage vendors for Google Ads/SEO, repair mechanics, etc.
- You are welcome to help drive at events (not required)
- Creating and managing a CRM
- Emailing/calling to create new business. Showing our carts to hotels or venues to get more business.
- Ability to create (or hire someone to) marketing materials, simple graphic design, social media mgmt, etc.
- Bring new ideas to the table! This has the opportunity to own equity in the company.
