About the role:
- Customer Service: Answering incoming calls with energy and enthusiasm, resolving customer queries promptly.
- Sales Support: Collaborating with our Sales Representatives and Distributor Network, ensuring their needs are met.
- Order Processing: Accurately processing orders from various channels (phone, web, in-person).
- Reporting: Preparing regular sales and management reports using Excel.
- Marketing Coordination: Distributing marketing material across all sales channels.
- Operations Management: Streamlining order processing, inventory management, and customer service logistics.
- Data Analysis: Using sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and develop strategies to increase efficiency.
- Marketing Support: Assisting with marketing campaigns, coordinating materials, and potentially taking on project management responsibilities.
