United Protective Services is hiring a reliable, alert, and professional Retail Security Officer for an active outdoor patrol position at a retail property.
You will patrol the property primarily by golf cart, maintain a highly visible security presence, monitor for suspicious activity, and respond to security and safety concerns.

- Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
United Protective Services is hiring a reliable, alert, and professional Retail Security Officer for an active outdoor patrol position at a retail property.
You will patrol the property primarily by golf cart, maintain a highly visible security presence, monitor for suspicious activity, and respond to security and safety concerns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patrol parking areas, storefronts, common areas, and surrounding property
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Monitor for theft, trespassing, suspicious activity, and property damage
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Conduct routine security checks
- Complete accurate activity and incident reports
- Communicate professionally with customers, employees, management, and emergency personnel
- Follow company policies and post orders
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and communication
- Strong observation and situational-awareness skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable operating a golf cart
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, loss prevention, or patrol experience preferred
- Valid Texas Security License or ability to obtain one
- Ability to pass required background and employment screening
