We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. *Available Positions* * Part-Time Retail Sales Associate * Full-Time Retail Sales Associate * Full-Time Golf Club Fitter *Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities* * Welcome customers and provide attentive, professional service. * Help customers select golf apparel, equipment, and accessories based on their needs. * Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, and promotions. * Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately. * Receive, label, replenish, and organize merchandise. * Maintain attractive displays and a clean sales floor. * Assist with inventory counts and support daily store operations. *Golf Club Fitter Responsibilities* * Consult with customers about their playing experience, equipment, and fitting goals. * Conduct personalized golf club fitting sessions. * Assess swing and ball-flight data to recommend suitable equipment and club specifications. * Explain fitting recommendations and assist with equipment purchases and custom orders. * Record fitting specifications accurately and coordinate order follow-up. * Maintain fitting equipment, demonstration clubs, and the fitting area. *Compensation & Benefits* * *Retail Sales Associates :* $18.50–$21.50 per hour, based on experience. * *Golf Club Fitter :* $18.50–$25.50 per hour, based on experience. * Free parking. * Employee store discount. *Qualifications* * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Interest in golf and willingness to learn about our products. * Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset for sales associate positions. * Golf club fitting experience and knowledge of golf equipment are required for the Golf Club Fitter position. * Mandarin- and/or Korean-speaking candidates are preferred for part-time sales associate positions. * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Pay: $18.50-$21.50 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking * Store discount Work days: * Holidays * Weekends as needed Experience: * sales: 1 year (preferred) * customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
