Job Description: Summary

- Issue, receipt, and control of cash. Make unscheduled cash counts. Prepare reports of significant occurrences during the shift.
- Assure patrons satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer issues.
- Inspect and secure facility at the end of the shift.
- Maintain and enforce security for funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment, and property in accordance with directives and regulations.
- Must be alert to theft and take appropriate action.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Conditions of employment
- Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
- Work schedule is subject to change and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Male candidates born after December 31, 1959, and at least 18 years of age, are required to certify that they have registered with the Selective Service System (Attach proof of registration).
- Position may involve long periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending and lifting up to 40 pounds and occasionally heavier items.

- Knowledge of business mathematics, cash handling procedures, and merchandise methods.
- Ability to lead the work of others.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Computer operations and keyboarding skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
