_*The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe*_ is currently seeking a Part - time _*Retail Associate *_to join our Professional Golf staff. *Retail associate expectations:* · Drive sales by engaging with members and suggestive selling · Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise · Provide the highest level of customer service · Document and process special orders · Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked · Assist in receiving merchandise · Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor · Properly execute all relevant register functions · Assist with requests for tee times and reservations *Qualified candidates must have:* · Experience in customer service or retail setting · Strong merchandising skills · Good interpersonal communication skills · Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills · Intermediate knowledge of systems · Ability to interact and maintain professional relationships with members, guests, co-workers, and management · Able to work weekends and holidays as needed As a *Bridges* employee, _*“You are”*_ * You are punctual, reliable/consistent. * You are a team player and see the good in those around you. * You are great at listening, problem-solving, and decision making. * You are a communicator and can ask questions. * You are prideful of your work and appearance.
