At The K Club, we are currently seeking Golf Retail Assistants to join our wonderful Golf Services Team.

Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:



  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception and environment for all patrons
  • Daily promotion and upselling golf events and Pro-shop goods to maximise sales
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the Pro-shop retail activities
  • Regular display cleaning, merchandising, replenishing and stock management
  • Process bookings and tee-time requests including email and telephone enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist with point-of-sale activities including cash handling and other functions
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all resort-wide products and services
  • Promote and upsell site wide services and facilities where possible
  • Communicate operational and management information to golfers as required
  • Any duties required by management to ensure the delivery of 5-star service



The Candidate
  • Will have previous experience in a similar role demonstrating a keen interest
  • Will posses excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Will be flexible in their working hours
  • Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of Light Speed is desirable
  • An keen interest and knowledge of golf is desirable
