JOB SCOPE:

• Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, both on-course and off-course.
• Ensures that guests receive the highest quality of service, cleanliness, and overall dining experience.
• Assist with training staff, managing inventory and finances, and ensuring al company policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
