Restaurant Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
- Create employee schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Skills:
- Strong team management skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.
- Experience in cooking or food preparation to understand kitchen operations.
- Ability to assist in various roles within the restaurant as needed.
- Knowledge of POS systems to handle transactions and manage orders.
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service.
