About
Northbridge Golf Club is seeking to employ a Functions and Restaurant Manager full-time.
The club is located on the lower North Shore of Sydney 10 minutes from the CBD. The club has a busy public access golf course, vibrant functions business and a restaurant open for lunch seven days a week and Friday evenings. The restaurant and function room enjoy golf course and middle harbour water views.
The role
The successful candidate would work independently and possess the ability to take responsibility for the successful execution of the restaurant and its functions.
The ideal candidate would have :
[*]Oversee the successful operation of the functions and restaurant business. [*]Be the point of contact for all functions bookings. [*]Management of casual function and restaurant staff. [*]Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction leading to continued growth of the functions and restaurant business. [*]Coordinate with bar and kitchen staff to deliver smooth execution of catering events. [*]Work with management and accounts to produce strong financial outcomes for your area of responsibility.
