Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Triage Department at our Baptist World Golf Village campus in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity.
As a Registered Nurse in our Triage Department, you will be responsible for:
Positions designated as requiring a level II Background ( A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment. Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Triage Department at our Baptist World Golf Village campus in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity.
As a Registered Nurse in our Triage Department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Nursing Assistance to Physicians
- Greets and chaperons patients during medical part of visit
- Obtain vital signs
- Maintain Medical Documentation
- Scheduling care, treatment, diagnostic tests
- Handle and processing prescriptions and referrals
- Perform waived test list in Laboratory and IV Therapy
- Clinical Experience Preferred
- Basic Life Services (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- Associate of Science in Nursing Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred
