The Club
An exciting opportunity awaits a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Receptionist/Membership Assistant at the Southport Golf Club.
Located in spectacular Southport only minutes from Surfers Paradise, Southport Golf Club is a jewel in the crown of golf in Queensland.
The key focus of this role is to:
Professionally represent the organisation at the main reception area.
To assist the busy Membership Department with related tasks and Club communications.
Support the Accounts team with some general clerical tasks.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:
A passion for providing friendly personalised customer service.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
Excellent computer skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Enjoyment in working autonomously and in a team environment.
You will be able to carry out your duties in a professional manner within a busy team environment. Previous front office experience is desirable but not essential.
This is primarily a Monday to Friday role working 8:30am-5pm and Public Holidays off.
NOTE: There may be from time to time a need to work a special event on a weekend.
