JOB SUMMARY: The Receiving Associate safely unloads product from incoming freight, reading and understanding packing slips and product identification. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

JOB SUMMARY: The Receiving Associate safely unloads product from incoming freight, reading and understanding packing slips and product identification. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identifies specific components and ensures product is accurately received and systemically processed in our inventory management application
Communicates with various departments professionally and promptly
Unloads and shelf freight using equipment such as (a scanner, mobile ladder stands, pallet jacks and expandable conveyors).
Reads and understands packing slips
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Basic to moderate computer skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1-3 years previous receiving experience.
Willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills
Attention to details and high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays
Other duties as assigned
Cross-train in various other departments
