We are looking for a creative and hands-on Product Designer who can turn product ideas into manufacturable products. The designer will work closely with our team and our own manufacturing facilities. * Develop new golf and softgoods product concepts *Create sketches, 2D drawings, renderings, colorways, and product presentations* Prepare detailed, factory-ready tech packs *Develop colors, materials, finishes, trims, hardware, and logo placement* Review prototypes and samples and provide design revisions *Work with our manufacturing facilities from concept through production* Research market trends and competitor products *Support OEM/ODM customer development projects* * Experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Softgoods Design *Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills* 3D modeling/rendering experience preferred *Experience creating production-ready tech packs* Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes *Experience with bags, luggage, backpacks, sporting goods, footwear, or outdoor products strongly preferred* Golf industry experience is a plus *Strong portfolio demonstrating physical product development.* Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Marcos, CA 92069
